This online course is intended for people who need to be familiar with the HACCP hygiene code for their work. HACCP hygiene code is a certification to ensure food safety. All companies that produce, process, transport and / or store food are required to implement a HACCP system. HACCP hygiene code certification is mandatory. After the digital course, trainees know how the HACCP method works, how it should be applied in practice and what they should do when working with food. This training also focuses on transporting, receiving, preparing and storing food, raw materials and substances used in food.

This course consists of two parts:

• E-learning HACCP
• Online final test

The theory of HACCP is followed through an e-learning. It is possible to stop and pick up the e-learning at any time and does not have to be followed in one go. 

After the student reports that the e-learning has been completed, the results are viewed. Someone has passed the online final test with a score of 70% or higher. Every student who has passed the final test will receive a HACCP hygiene code certificate. The certificate is valid for an indefinite period.

Teaching material

The login codes for the e-learning are emailed to the student. The e-learning consists of 7 modules including a practice test per module. Online reference books with all guidelines and exam material. The final test is also available in e-learning.
